Project Overview

Inspired Excellence (IE Systems) is an active integration partner supporting the Technical Facility Planning & Engineering (TFPE) division of Warner Bros. Discovery at their Atlanta, GA campus.

Since June 2025, IE Systems has completed 40+ projects across a wide range of environments—including studios, data centers, network operations centers, and technical infrastructure spaces—playing a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and standardizing mission-critical systems.

Scope of Work

IE Systems provides comprehensive support across multiple disciplines, including:

Infrastructure Decommissioning & Optimization

IE Systems has led large-scale decommissioning and cleanup efforts across the campus, ensuring legacy systems are safely removed and spaces are prepared for modernization. Key efforts include:

• Data centers, IDFs, CERs, and NOC environments
• Studio and production space cleanouts
• Campus-wide infrastructure decommissioning initiatives
• Rack-level and system-level tear-downs and reorganizations

These efforts have improved operational efficiency, freed critical space, and prepared environments for next-generation deployments.

Systems Integration & Buildouts

IE Systems has supported the design, installation, and activation of new systems and upgrades, including:

• Control room and production infrastructure (PCR builds, studio buildouts)
• Network and broadcast system enhancements (HAIVISION/MCAST, ARISTA environments)
• Engineering workstations and operational desks
• Executive and specialty spaces

Each project required precision installation, cable management, rack integration, and adherence to strict broadcast and IT standards.

Infrastructure Standardization & Technical Excellence

A major component of IE Systems’ value has been the elevation of installation standards across the Atlanta campus, including:

AutoCAD & Global Engineering Support

Beginning March 2026, IE Systems’ AutoCAD team will support TFPE’s global design and documentation operations, helping scale consistency and quality across worldwide projects.

National Systems Integration Deployment

IE Systems has been selected to deploy specialized technicians to WBD facilities across the United States, with the goal of standardizing:

• Cabling methodologies
• Rack integration and dressing standards
• Installation best practices

This expansion reflects a high level of confidence in IE Systems’ ability to replicate success across multiple locations.
